This print was produced from a gouache and watercolour painting, created in my studio here in Perthshire from photographs and sketches gathered during a period of travel.

  While travelling through South America some years back, I built a body of research during my journey, observing landscapes, plant and animal life, found objects, architecture and superstitious practices.
  
  From Ecuador, through to Peru, Bolivia and Brazil, I continue to be inspired by the experiences from this journey...
